At TransAction we are happy to accept payment in a number of ways: payment can be made by UK debit card (no charge), by UK cheque or postal order made payable to ‘TransAction Translators Ltd‘, by bank transfer or over the phone by credit card, although it should be noted that credit cards carry a £4.00 administration fee. Finally, we are able to accept payment through Moneybookers, which comes with a £2.00 charge, and PayPal.

Paying by PayPal is a straightforward, speedy and safe way to ensure that your money reaches its destination. Once we have seen your documents and agreed a price for the translation you simply need to go to the website PayPal.com. If you have not already done so in the past, you need to register with them by clicking the ‘Sign up’ link. This will require you to enter your personal and bank details to their secure server. Once this is complete you are simply required to make a payment to our email . To do this, click the ‘send money’ tab and enter the fee as advised by your TransAction project manager along with our email address (transaction@transaction.co.uk). Next, you will be required to verify that the details are correct, and then you can agree to send the money by clicking, you guessed it, the ‘send money’ button. Please note that a £4.00 administration fee applies to payments made through PayPal. Your project manager will advise you of the total amount you will need to pay.

Once the money has been safely transferred we will begin translating your documents and will return them to you within the agreed timeframe, but not before they have been checked at least twice by our expert team of in-house proofreaders to guarantee the quality and accuracy of your translations.
