'seal of approval'

At TransAction we have clear steps that define every stage of the translation process: from analysing your documents to working out the kind of translation you require, from agreeing a price to selecting the appropriate translator for your job, we are rigorous in what we do in order to provide you with the best possible service.

Once your translation has been completed and checked twice by our qualified in-house linguists, we send a copy back to you for your approval. We do this with all of our certified and sworn translations, allowing you to make sure that we have met your high standards. Although we are always confident of providing a flawless translation, by getting your approval we can be sure that you are happy with the formatting and layout of your translation, as well as being able to discuss any outstanding linguistic issues.

After receiving payment, we can have your translation ready for approval in 3-4 working days. In many cases we are able to turn translations round much faster than that. If you require your translation with particular urgency then we will always do our best to accommodate your needs. We will usually send the translation for your approval via email.

Once we have received your approval we will prepare a hard copy of your translation and issue the declaration or, in the case of sworn translations, take the document to the solicitor for swearing. We can then send the hard copy of your translation project to you via the pre-agreed delivery method and, if you need, a PDF copy (free of charge).
