If you have chosen to pay for your translation by bank transfer, we need you to email us a screen grab of the payment confirmation screen as proof of payment. Otherwise we will have to wait 2-3 working days for the funds to reach our account and obviously if you need the translation in a hurry this is a delay you can do without!

A screen grab is a snapsnot image of what appears on your computer screen. The simplest way to take a screen grab is to hold down the Alt key on your keyboard and press PrtScn which usually appears on the top row of keys above the Backspace key.

This will save the image to your clipboard. You will then be able to paste (Ctrl + V) the image into Word document or email.

If you wish to crop the image first you can paste the image into a Paint file and use the top right-hand button to select the area you require. Then cut the selected area (Ctrl + X) and paste (Ctrl + V) into an email or word file. Please note that if you choose to use a Word file you will need to attach this to an email.
