We received a telephone enquiry from Dr Masood (name changed, of course). Dr Masood is from Pakistan however he qualified as a doctor in Russia. He had to supply the GMC with a translation of his degree certificate. We asked him to email a scanned image of the document to
transaction@transaction.co.uk.We received the files the following day and we were able to provide Dr Masood with a quote and payment instructions. The quote was approved and we received payment the next day. The translator then went ahead with the translation and the translation was then checked by an experienced proof reader.
We emailed Dr Masood a copy of the translation for him to approve. Once he replied to say he was happy with the translation, we produced certified translation the same day. The certified translation includes a copy of the original document, the translation and a declaration stating that we have provided a true translation. Each page is stamped, signed and embossed.
As the translation was required urgently, we sent it directly to the GMC via Special Delivery with a cover letter stating Dr Masood’s name and reference number. We also emailed the GMC with a PDF of the certified translation to ensure they received it as quickly as possible. We then provided Dr Masood with a scanned copy of the translation for his records.
Dr Masood was extremely pleased with our efficient service and with the high quality translation we provided.
